Sometimes you can look as though you’re coping on the outside while feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or stuck on the inside.
Perhaps you’re trying to balance work, family, relationships, caring responsibilities or changes in your life, while also trying to find time for yourself.
You may feel anxious, stressed, emotionally drained, low in confidence or simply unsure of what to do next.
You don’t have to work through everything alone.
A safe space to talk
I am a fully qualified, BACP Registered Integrative Counsellor (MBACP), offering confidential counselling by telephone.
I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing, make sense of your feelings and begin to explore what you need.
You don’t need to be in crisis to ask for support.
Why telephone counselling?
Telephone counselling can be a comfortable and convenient way to access support without travelling or having to be on camera.
It can be particularly helpful when life is already busy or when you simply feel more comfortable talking without being face-to-face.
Ready to talk?
Taking the first step can feel daunting. You don’t have to know exactly what you want to say.
If you’d like to explore whether counselling could be right for you, get in touch to arrange an initial conversation.
DIP. Counselling. MBACP
I am a fully qualified, BACP Registered Integrative Counsellor (MBACP).
My journey to becoming a counsellor began with my own experiences in early adulthood. There were times when I struggled with difficult emotions and didn’t have the supportive ear or professional guidance that I needed. I remember how isolating that could feel.
When I eventually experienced counselling myself, it became a transformative and life-changing experience. It showed me the value of having a safe space where you can speak honestly, without judgement, and be truly heard.
That experience has stayed with me and is one of the reasons I became a counsellor.
I enjoy connecting with people from different backgrounds and listening to each person’s unique story. I recognise that although we may experience similar difficulties, no two people experience them in exactly the same way.
My aim is to provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can feel comfortable exploring whatever has brought you to counselling.
I particularly enjoy working with women who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or stuck while managing the different demands and expectations of life.
You may be used to putting other people first, keeping things going and appearing as though everything is fine, while privately finding things much harder.
Counselling can give you the opportunity to pause, reflect and focus on yourself.
You don’t have to have all the answers before you begin. We can start with where you are now and work from there.
